Privacy Policy
What Tend stores
Tend stores your Vision, Anti-Vision, Check-ins, Evening Synthesis, Lens responses, Focus sessions and drafts, journal entries, Tend Debriefs, progress history, reminder preferences, and appearance settings on your device. Sensitive Tend content uses iOS data protection. We do not sell your personal data.
On-device AI
Tend Debrief runs on your device using Apple Intelligence on compatible devices. Your entries are never sent to a server for processing. Tend keeps a local rolling Debrief memory to support future conversations. You can reset that memory independently in Settings.
Notifications
If you enable interrupts or reminders, Tend schedules local notifications on your device. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
Analytics and tracking
Tend is designed to minimize tracking. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated before collection starts.
Third-party services
Tend may rely on Apple platform services needed for app functionality, including notifications, on-device intelligence, and App Store distribution.
Your choices
You can permanently delete individual entries, reset only Tend Debrief's rolling memory, or use Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete All Data to remove journal entries, reflections, Debriefs, reminders, progress history, and Tend notifications from this device. Appearance and onboarding choices are retained. Notification permissions can be changed in iOS Settings at any time.
